The DB2 was perhaps the most successful model that Bimota ever produced. To take advantage of Japans 400cc tax breaks that were in place at the time, Bimota produced just a handful over a hundred of the DB2 “Junior”. These featured the same high quality components of the larger capacity DB2s, but was powered by a Ducati 400SS powerplant.
